Cell Phone Policy

Students are allowed to use cell phones during their free time. During class time, assemblies, and school emergency situations phone calls, texting, emailing and other social media is not premitted by students. Parents/Guardians are asked to contact the school at 644-5000 should they need to speak to their child during class time. Messages are typically relayed to students between classes.

Consequences for misuse of cell phone use:
1. Friendly reminder.
2. Document on Student Behavior Referral. (2pt. offence)
3. Teacher/Student Conference.
4. Parent/Guardian Contact.
5. Automatic Office Referral.
